WHAT TO SEND
Email legal@owntheword.lol with your identity and contact details, the rights you claim, the relevant word or listing, a clear explanation, and supporting information.
WHAT MAY HAPPEN
OwnTheWord may request more information, contact the purchaser, disable a destination, or suspend or remove a listing while reviewing a report. Removal is a platform-safety decision, not a legal judgment that any person owns the underlying word.
GOOD-FAITH REPORTS ONLY
Do not knowingly submit false or misleading reports. If the dispute concerns broader trademark ownership or legal remedies, obtain advice from a qualified professional.
